NewCo
Metals & Auto Recycling is a licensed salvage dealer that operates under a certificate of approval issued by
the Department of Environment & Conservation.
October 2008, NewCo visited Subregions 1, 2, & 3. Approximately
600,000 pounds of metal were collected, such as vehicles, household appliances, hot water heaters, oil tanks, washers, and
dryers. This material is crushed into bundles, loaded onto a trailer and shipped to Quebec for further recycling into
various parts and products.
NPRSB would like to thank NewCo Metals for a job well done at all landfill sites.
Just a reminder to residents that before disposing of wrecks and oil tanks it must be properly prepare for disposal.
